On the day of departure check out before 10 o'clock.

• Leave the accommodation tidy and clean. 
• Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
• take the waste to the reclycling area (milieustraat on the map)
• Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it in a pillowcase

Arrival

Please report to reception on arrival. On arrival please register at the reception.

Barrier

You will receive your barrier card upon arrival. The barrier works with an in and out system. This means that you cannot use the barrier card for the same barrier twice in a row. 

If you leave the resort without using your barrier card, you will no longer be able to enter or exit via the barrier. Therefore, always use the main entrance and exit. If the barrier is open for any reason, you must still have your card read.

It is NOT permitted to drive through with several cars in a row. EuroParcs is not liable for any damage. In case of an emergency you can leave the resort at all times.

Parking

Per accommodation it is allowed to park one car. Other cars can be parked on the general car park at the entrance of the park.

Traffic rules

A maximum speed of 5 kilometres per hour applies on the entire terrain. Driving a moped in the park is not allowed. You may, however, walk with it in the park.

Visitors

Visitors are more than welcome. Day visitors can come and visit you free of charge. Do they stay the night? They must report to reception in the presence of the main booker. They can park outside the park in the designated areas.

Household waste

You can dispose of your household waste in the containers at ''de milieustraat''. It is strictly forbidden to deposit waste loosely next to the containers or in other places.

Safety and nuisance

• Possession and use of drugs and other illegal substances are not permitted.
• All accommodations are smoke-free.
• Barbecuing is only allowed with a device on legs and at a distance of 5m from the accommodation. The lighting of open fires (fire basket or campfire) is not permitted.
• Sleeping between 23.00 and 7.00 hours.
• Radio/television must not be audible outside the holiday accommodation.
• We are not liable for theft and damage as accidents.
• If you cause any damage, you must pay for it.
• The management or a designated person has the right to remove people from the park. 
• Remaining camping fees are not refundable. 
• The management has the right to enter the premises at any time in 24 hours.

Down in the village of Gulpen, the bus station is a 15-minute walk away.
Line 350 goes from Maastricht to Aachen and back. Gulpen is roughly in the middle. The bus runs several times an hour. Times of the bus service can be found on 9292.

The hilly landscape of South Limburg offers fantastic cycling opportunities not only for the experienced mountaineer, but also for the recreational cyclist. So hire one of Bike&Co's many types of bicycle and explore South Limburg by bike. Use the discount code ''Gulperberg'' for a discount.

Barbecue is definitely allowed. Either coal, gas or electric. With electric, keep in mind the wattage (camping). In extreme drought conditions, coal barbecues are no longer permitted.
For accommodation with a wooden deck or veranda, please barbecue on the grass.

The faithful four-legged friend is certainly welcome at our park. On the camping section you are welcome from the E to the H road with a maximum of 2 pets, and there are various types of accommodation where you can stay with a maximum of 2 pets.
