Important for Guests Travelling with a Caravan, Trailer or Folding Camper

If you are travelling with a caravan, trailer, or folding camper, please set your navigation system to:

Landsraderweg 13, Gulpen

This will bring you to the Mosaqua swimming pool. Continue uphill until you reach a T-junction. Turn left and follow the road for approximately one kilometre. The park will be on your right-hand side and the parking area on your left.

Please Note

If you follow the standard Google Maps route, you may be directed through the village of Partij. This route includes a 14% gradient hill, which is prohibited for vehicles towing a caravan or trailer.

Parking

Parking facilities are available at the park. Depending on your accommodation type, you can park near your accommodation or use one of the central parking areas.

Arrival

Upon arrival, please report to reception to register your stay.

Barrier Access

You will receive a barrier access card upon arrival.

• Always use the main entrance and exit.
• The barrier card cannot be used twice consecutively at the same barrier.
• Even when the barrier is open, the card must still be scanned.
• Driving through the barrier with multiple vehicles in succession is not permitted.
• In emergencies, you may leave the resort at any time.

Parking

One parking space is available per accommodation.

Additional vehicles can be parked in the central parking area near the entrance.

Traffic Regulations

The maximum speed throughout the park is:

5 km/h (walking pace)

Mopeds and scooters may not be ridden within the park and must be pushed by hand.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome but must register at reception upon arrival.

Visitors staying overnight must also register and pay the applicable overnight fee.

Waste Disposal

Household waste should be deposited in the containers at the recycling area.

Leaving waste next to containers or elsewhere in the park is strictly prohibited.

Safety and Disturbance

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:

• Possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
• All accommodations are non-smoking.
• Barbecues are only permitted when placed on legs and at least 5 metres away from the accommodation.
• Open fires, fire pits, and campfires are not allowed.
• Music and audio equipment must not be audible outside the accommodation.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours apply between:

11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

Liability

EuroParcs cannot be held liable for theft, loss, damage, accidents, or injuries during your stay.

Damages

Any damage caused during your stay must be compensated by the person responsible.

Park Regulations

Management reserves the right to remove guests from the park in the event of violations of the park rules.

In such cases, any remaining accommodation fees will not be refunded.

We recommend inspecting your accommodation and inventory immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is complete and in good condition.

If anything is missing or damaged, please report it to reception as soon as possible so that we can assist you promptly.

During Your Stay

Should any damage, technical issue, or malfunction occur during your stay, please notify reception immediately. Our team will do their best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
